The sponsors who power the prizes

Why sponsorship works
Prize money drives participation. Giving days use prizes and matching incentives to give nonprofits a reason to mobilize their supporters and donors a reason to act on a specific day. The larger the prize pool, the more nonprofits take part and the more donors give.
The model is proven nationally and increasingly proven here. Colorado Gives Day, launched in 2010, has raised more than $400 million using it. Since launching in 2023, CV Giving Day has raised more than $3 million for Coachella Valley nonprofits — including more than $1 million in 2026, across 173 participating organizations in all nine valley cities.
