Our vision: ● Provide care management that provides expertise in securing quality medical and long-term care and referrals to LGBTQ+-friendly services and resources. ● Create residential communities, such as assisted living residences and licensed board and care homes that are designed around the specific needs and culture of LGBTQ+ people. ● Activate the community to establish a sustainable financial foundation to maintain continuity and accessibility of services.
