About Inland Empire Ronald McDonald House

IERMH's mission are to provide comfort, care and support to children and families in Southern California. Since 1996, the Inland Empire Ronald McDonald House has served as a "Home Away from Home" for families of hospitalized children from throughout Southern California. With 54 guest rooms and multiple day use facilities, the IERMH provides families with temporary housing, kitchen kitchens, food pantries, meals, and on-site counseling services while their children receive necessary medical care at nearby hospitals. Every year, hundreds of Coachella Valley residents stay at the House. In 2023 alone, 460 Coachella Valley residents stayed at IERMH for a total of 2,470 nights Testimonials "Our 10-year-old had to have 6 weeks of radiation for brain tumors 5 days a week for 6 weeks. Your room provided us with a home here at the Ronald McDonald House and we are so appreciative of the room you have provided us." "This allowed us to be close to my then 4-day old baby. We were so emotionally checked out and had no idea how we would be able to drive to Loma Linda every day to visit our sick newborn, but we were blessed with this once in a lifetime experience that allowed me to meet other residents that were also going through a time like us. I truly appreciate the love and support." "Being able to stay close to the Hospital while my daughter healed was so comforting and made it possible for us to attend to both our children. My husband and I were able to trade off-one at the hospital with my daughter and one here with my son."

Sources and record information

Organization information is based on CV Giving Day registration records and public IRS records.

What “verified” means: Identity confirmed against IRS records. Participation confirmed against CV Giving Day registration. Public information compiled from the organization's own sources. Organizations that have indicated a preference against search indexing on their CV Giving Day registration are excluded from search indexing and from this site's sitemap. A cause may come from the organization's own category selection, from its IRS classification, or from CV Giving Day review; the source is always stated on the page and in this record.
