Our mission is to create a soft re-entry for the formerly incarcerated adult and youth by giving individuals the chance to succeed with dignity and value. We believe that everyone deserves a second chance, and that individuals who have served their time should have the opportunity to rebuild their lives and contribute to society. We strive to provide comprehensive support and resources to help formerly incarcerated individuals overcome the barriers they face when reentering society, including access to housing, employment, education, healthcare, and social services. We also work to promote policies and practices that reduce recidivism and make communities safer. We recognize that the stigma and discrimination faced by formerly incarcerated individuals can be a significant barrier to their success, and we are committed to promoting a culture of acceptance, understanding, and support for those who have been impacted by the criminal justice system. We believe that by giving formerly incarcerated individuals a second chance, we can create safer communities and reduce recidivism.
