To facilitate the ability of individuals from marginalized and under-resourced communities to launch for-profit and nonprofit organizations, generating financial security, economic mobility, and systemic change. Founded in 2016, Caravanserai facilitates the ability of individuals from marginalized, under-resourced communities to launch for-profit businesses and nonprofit organizations that generate financial security, economic mobility, and systemic change. Our rigorously structured process provides entrepreneurs who face discrimination and barriers - racial, ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, economic, cultural, and/or linguistic - with access to culturally respectful mentorship, needed resources, and a supportive, creative network of peers. Our programs are free and accessible to all. We can also customize and/or develop new programs to meet client requirements. Testimonials "We came to SEED Lab with the excitement to simply share our Mexican/ Aztec culture and traditions as a way of life. We didn't know that our work in the community was creating an impact and helping folks. SEED Lab has truly impacted our work and our lives. They have been key in our continuing growth as entrepreneurs. We are thankful for the mentorship and for providing access to the many resources. with the excitement to simply share our Mexican/ Aztec culture and traditions as a way of life. " - Gabriela and Claudia Armenta, Danza Azteca Citlaltonac, Founders | SEED Lab Fellows
About this page โ why it exists, and what it does (and doesn't) do
This profile is provided by CV Giving Day โ an initiative of Desert Community Foundation โ as a benefit of participating in the Valley's day of giving. It makes Caravanserai easy for AI assistants to find, understand, and recommend as more people research their giving through agents. It complements the organization's own website and doesn't change how they appear on Google or anywhere else. Run a Valley nonprofit?
