Konnections Certification is dedicated to empowering young individuals with the soft, essential, and employable skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce by helping them build meaningful professional networks and confidence through real-world interactions.
Konnections bridges the gap between youth and the business/nonprofit community by creating opportunities for in-person networking, skill development, and relationship building, fostering intergenerational growth, collaboration, and increased value for participants in their future careers.
Konnections differentiates from other programs by connecting the generations with handshakes, eye contact, listening and volunteering at neutral locations beyond their comfortable schools, workplaces and communities.  We have learned that the uncomfortable helps us all grow!
