## About COACHELLA VALLEY DISASTER PREPAREDNESS NETWORK

If you are like us, you understand that Disaster Preparedness Saves Lives and you want your family, co-workers, and the whole of Coachella Valley ready before our next disaster strikes. Imagine a time when every resident and every community is prepared, this is our vision.
CVDPN relies on donations from people like you to provide our free training programs, and we invite you to sign up for them:

• Personal Disaster Preparedness Classes

• Stop The Bleed Classes

• Watch Your Step – Senior Fall Prevention

• Active Shooter Awareness + Hands Only CPR

• Disaster Planning for HOA and Businesses

CVDPN is the only entity providing this free service to the entire Coachella Valley, all 9 Cities and County areas since 2017.  CVDPN Outreach programs reach a wider more inclusive population, including farm workers, mobile home parks, houses of worship, and the elderly and vulnerable in Assisted Living and Nursing facilities. We now partner with all the major Senior Centers and teach the importance of personal preparation for disasters and help them understand how they can take simple, important steps critical to their ability to survive.
Using proven practices from State and Local experts, we trained over 3,800 people in 2025, nearly the size of Indian Wells, and more than 15,000 people since inception, which is nearly equivalent to everyone in Rancho Mirage. But it’s not enough. We are asking for your help today . . . Please join us in training our neighbors to be disaster ready, you may be saving a life.
Be sure to read our testimonials and please donate today! Thank you!
